5.1. All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2. We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through secure third-party gateways.
5.3. Pleetz does not store or have access to your payment details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1. Orders with customization require 7–10 business days for dispatch.
6.2. We offer free shipping across India. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges
7.1. Due to the nature of our products, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect.
