Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Pleetz, we strive to provide you with beautiful, ready-to-wear sarees tailored to your style and comfort. To ensure clarity and fairness, please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1. Standard Orders (Non-Customized):
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. After 24 hours, your order will move into processing and cannot be canceled.
1.2. Customized Orders (Including Blouse Stitching, Size Customizations, or Add-ons):
Customized orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are made-to-order and crafted specifically for you.
1.3. If the order is canceled within the permitted timeframe, and before processing begins, you will receive a full refund.
2. Refunds
2.1. Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- If we are unable to process or deliver your order due to stock or logistical issues
- If you cancel a non-customized order within the allowed 24-hour window
- If a product you received is damaged or defective, and your return request is approved (see Return Policy)
2.2. All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Customized or stitched sarees (unless defective)
- Orders canceled after 24 hours
- Incorrect size or style selection by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen differences or fabric dyeing
4. Return for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, credit, or refund based on the situation
