2. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
2.1. All Pleetz sarees are carefully crafted and require 1-2 business days for dispatch.If you've selected any customizations such as blouse stitching, ready to wear sarees dispatch time will be minimum 7-10 business days.
2.2. After dispatch, delivery time will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Free Shipping Within India
3.1. We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
3.2. For faster delivery options, express shipping may be available at an additional charge during checkout.
4. Order Processing
4.1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
4.2. Please note, processing time may extend slightly during festive seasons, sales, or high-volume periods.
5. Shipment Tracking
5.1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
6.1. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate while placing the order.
6.2. Pleetz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7. Shipping Restrictions
7.1. While we aim to deliver everywhere, there may be restrictions on certain pin codes or international destinations due to courier limitations.
7.2. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly.
8. International Shipping
8.1. We ship to selected countries outside India. International orders do not include customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges, which must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
8.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or regulatory issues in the destination country.
9. Delivery Confirmation
9.1. Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the courier to the address provided, it is considered fulfilled, and Pleetz holds no further responsibility for the shipment.
